The Heruli, Vandals and Ostrogoths were all destroyed.
The Visigoths, Ostrogoths and Vandals were Christianized while they were still outside the bounds of the Roman Empire; however, they converted to Arianism rather than to the Nicene version (Trinitarianism) followed by most Romans, who considered them heretics.
The Eastern Roman Empire reconquered the territory held by the Ostrogoths, Heruli and Vandals which occupied Italy and Northern Africa.

The Dark Ages
The Dark Ages is a term for the Early Middle Ages, or occasionally the entire Middle Ages, in Western Europe after the fall of the Western Roman Empire.

The word of God predicted persecution of God's people and this is what happened for 1260 years.

The Bible foretells in prophecy that God's people would be in the dark and the scriptures would be kept from them.

There are many books about the persecution of God's people that can be purchased or read in your local library. When reading these book it will become very clear that Rome was behind the murder of millions of these early Christians.

Faithful Bible believing Christians were feed to the lions or burnt to the stake for their beliefs by the ruling Roman power.
