Baptism is an outward testimony of a prior inward regeneration, usually done after a person confesses Jesus as Saviour and obtains an understanding of the significance of Baptism.
Protestant denominations that also practice infant baptism include: Anglicans, Lutherans, Episcopalians, Presbyterians, Congregationalists and other Reformed denominations, Methodists, Nazarenes, and the Moravian Church.

Matthew 3:16 And Jesus when He was baptized went up straightway out of the water; and lo the heavens were opened unto Him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on Him.
Adventists do not baptize babies. Babies are dedicated not baptized.
Luke 2:21. 22. Now when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were completed, they brought Him (Jesus) to Jerusalem to present Him to the Lord.
