A Kingdom Hall or a Church?
It is interesting that the Watchtower Society worships in a Hall and not a church.

Do Kingdom Halls have windows?
Many don’t have windows, and of those that do, they are usually very small and can be smoky glass. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees on why that is so, but here are several reasons.
to avoid distractions.
Jesus told us to be a light unto the World and not to hide that light.
For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light. Mark 4:22 NKJV.

- to better protect the buildings and the against vandalism.
