In time of war
Jehovah Witnesses do not believe in supporting a war in any way.
Most Christians believe they should not kill in the time of war but should save lives and try and bring peace.
Exodus 20:13. You shall not murder.

1 John 4:8 tells us that.... If you do not love you do not know God for God is love.

In the Parable of the Good Samaritan it gives us an example of what we should do. We could pass by or stop and help? The Priest and the Levite passed by on the other side. These were religious leaders of the day and they only had a form of godliness. It was a certain Samaritan that has true love for the wondered man. Luke 10:25-37.

We know the Jehovah Witness are persecuted because of their stand against war but many are also surprised that the Seventh-Day Adventist and other Christians will not bear-arms but we will help the wounded on both sides and love them the way Christ would. Each one of us are beaten up in this world of sin and wounded but Christ has helped each one of us. We should do the same.

We should follow Jesus example. Luke 6:27. “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.
