Is Jesus Jehovah?
Many references to Jehovah in the Old Testament are identified as Jesus in the New Testament:
His reward is with Him:
Isa. 40:10 NWT. Look! The Sovereign Lord Jehovah will come with power, And his arm will rule for him. Look! His reward is with him,
Rev. 22:12 NWT. “‘Look! I am coming quickly, and the reward I give is with me, to repay each one according to his work.
The first and the last.
Isa 44:6 NWT. This is what Jehovah says, The King of Israel and his Repurchaser, Jehovah of armies:‘ I am the first and I am the last. There is no God but me.
Rev 22:13 NWT. I am the Alʹpha and the O·meʹga, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.
Laid foundations:
Ps. 102:24-25 NWT. I said: “O my God, Do not do away with me in the middle of my life, You whose years span all generations. 25 Long ago you laid the foundations of the earth, And the heavens are the work of your hands.
Heb 1:10 NWT. And: “At the beginning, O Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the works of your hands.

Ascended.
Ps. 68:18. NWT. You ascended on high; You carried away captives; You took gifts in the form of men, Yes, even stubborn ones, to reside among them, O Jah God.
Eph. 4:7,8. NWT. Now undeserved kindness was given to each one of us according to how the Christ measured out the free gift. 8 For it says: “When he ascended on high he carried away captives; he gave gifts in men.”
The Rock:
Deut. 32:3,4 NWT: The Rock, perfect is his activity, For all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness who is never unjust; Righteous and upright is he.
Isa 26:4 NWT: Trust in Jehovah forever, For Jah Jehovah is the eternal Rock.
1 Cor. 10:4 NWT. And all drank the same spiritual drink. For they used to drink from the spiritual rock that followed them, and that rock meant the Christ.
NOTE: The word "meant" should be translated "was". In both the Kingdom Interlinear Translations of the Greek Scriptures it reads was and not meant.
