The Watchtower believed that the Papacy was the little horn power in Daniel 7:8 and that the whole would followed after it. They do not believe this now and almost all Protestants churches have gone back to Rome because they have forgotten their past history.
Many run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." (Daniel 12:4) From and short after
1799, the date of the beginning of "the time of the end", we should expect to find an increase of knowledge, particularly with reference to the Bible.
